Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PURIFICAçãO DE HORMÈNIO DO CRESCIMENTO HUMANO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo comercial para a purificação de hormónio do crescimento humano obtido por uma técnica de DNA recombinante usando cromatografia interativa hidrofóbica, eficiente para separar moléculas encurtadas de hormónio do crescimento humano, presentes como uma impureza que surge devido a posições de corte presentes na megamolécula de hormónio do crescimento humano, da molécula de hormónio do crescimento humano-alvo, usando uma coluna fenila, uma mistura de tampões aquosos e solventes orgânicos como eluente, seguido por dessalinização, liofilização, e a invenção também refere-se ao processo em que a eluição de moléculas encurtadas de hormónio do crescimento humano precede a eluição do hormónio do crescimento humano-alvo, para se obter hGH de pureza > 99,5%.
