Abstract

TAMPA COM PARTE SUPERIOR ARTICULADA. A parte superior articulada (2) é articulada no corpo (1) da tampa e, é produzida por um processo de injeção em uma única peça cuja parte superior (2) é flexionada a quente em direção ao corpo (1) para acomodar uma rolha (3) da parte superior (2) dentro do furo de despejar (5) do corpo da tampa. Concêntricamente em relação à rolha (3) a mesma tem um guia (4) de configuração cilíndrica, anular, secionado por um plano inclinado o qual define uma altura progressivamente decrescente entre um setor posterior (4b) de altura superior e um setor frontal (4a) de menos altura, um setor (4b) constituindo o primeiro contato com a superfície externa do furo de despejar (5) para a orientação e posicionamento progressivo da rolha (3) durante a flexão da parte superior (2) até que ela encaixe dentro do furo de despejar (5).
