Abstract

MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO ELETROACúSTICO PARA ESTìMULO DE PROCESSOS DE TRANSFERêNCIA DE MASSA PARA RECUPERAçãO OTIMIZADA DE POçOS Um dispositivo eletro-acústico e método relacionado para aumentar a capacidade de produção de poços que contêm óleo, gás e/ou água é revelado. O dispositivo eletro-acústico produz vibrações que estimulam a ocorrência de processos de transferência de massa dentro do poço. O fluxo acústico resultante gerado em meio poroso, produzido através da superposição de ondas longitudinais e cortantes, é desenvolvido com base no valor limite de freqüência característica especifico para água, óleo normal e óleo pesado, com uma densidade de energia acústica capaz de estabelecer zonas de fluidez maior no meio poroso, promovendo a mobilidade e recuperação do fluido desejado e a redução de danos na formação em um poço. O dispositivo eletro-acústico de fundo do poço é uma unidade submersa posicionada na zona de produção do poço e consiste em um gerador elétrico, um ou mais transformadores eletro-acústicos e um ou mais sistemas de guia de ondas (sonotrodos) que incluem radiadores do tipo tubular que fornecem transmissão de vibrações elásticas para o meio em tratamento.
