Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAR PNEUS PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO Em um método de fabricar pneus para rodas de veículo, um pneu verde (2), uma vez formado, é transferido em um molde de vulcanização (1) e pressionado contra as paredes de contenção (6) de uma cavidade de moldagem (3). Simultaneamente com a etapa de aperto, um fluido presente entre o pneu verde (2) e as paredes de contenção (6) é evacuado por válvulas de suspiro (11). O pneu (2) é trazido em contato com a cabeça de fechamento (18) de cada válvula (11) assim para empurrá-la para uma posição fechada à qual a cabeça de fechamento (18) forma um assento de contato (22) separado da superfície interna (7) da cavidade de moldagem (3) a fim de definir um rebaixo de embutimento (26) entre a superfície interna (7) da cavidade de moldagem (3) e a cabeça de fechamento (18).
