Abstract
"MéTODO PARA QUEIMAR UMA CARGA MINERAL GRANULAR". Especialmente calcário ou dolomita é executado em um forno de colunas paralelas (3) com pelo menos duas colunas de forno (1,2) interconectadas por um canal de transbordamento (19) que são operadas, alternativamente, como coluna de queima e coluna de gás de exaustão regenerativo, invertendo a vazão do gás. Para fornecer o novo material para queima fora da inversão consumidora de tempo das vazões de gás, durante a qual as colunas do forno ficam sem pressão, os gases de exaustão são sugados para fora durante a alimentação e, portanto, brevemente com potência elevada de modo que a pressão na área da abertura de enchimento (37) é reduzida para a pressão atmosférica e, portanto, o gás de exaustão pode ser impedido de fluir para fora através da abertura de enchimento (37). Como resultado, o material granular para queima pode ser fornecido diversas vezes durante um ciclo de queima de modo que a temperatura do gás de exaustão aumenta menos rapidamente e, com isso, tempos de queima mais longos são possíveis, com um desempenho correspondentemente mais elevado do forno.
