Abstract

"ROLO DE MEDIçãO DE APLAINAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um rolo de medição de aplainamento para determinar erros referentes a aplainamento em tiras, com sensores de medição de força integrados no invólucro do rolo, formando, assim, zonas de pontos de medição e que cobrem os sensores de força de medição, tais coberturas sendo niveladas com a superfície do rolo. As zonas de ponto de medição são cobertas por uma ou mais de uma folha metálica conectada por adesão à superfície do rolo. Além disso, o rolo de medição de aplainamento pode ter um invólucro, por exemplo, de metal rígido, que é caracterizado por uma maior resistência à fadiga, resultado do fato de que a folha metálica cobre as zonas de ponto de medição.
