Abstract

"PNEU COM COMPONENTE DE COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA, COMPREENDIDA DE ELASTÈMERO DE ESTIRENO / BUTADIENO FUNCIONALIZADO, SìLICA E UMA RESINA DE ESTIRENO / ALFA-METILESTIRENO". A invenção se refere a um pneu tendo pelo menos um componente (por exemplo, banda de rodagem) de uma composição de borracha, compreendida de um elastómero de estireno / butadieno funcionalizado contendo grupos internos de silanol e/ou silóxi nele com grupos pendentes de silanol e/ou alcanol de uma distribuição de peso molecular polimodal (por exemplo, bimodal) e uma dispersão nele de uma sílica amorfa sintética (por exemplo, agregados de sílica precipitada) e resina de estireno / alfa-metilestireno. Em um aspecto, a dita composição de borracha pode conter pelo menos um elastómero à base de dieno adicional. Em outro aspecto, pelo menos uma porção da dita sílica amorfa sintética pode ser na forma de agregados de sílica precipitada pré-tratados, que tenham sido pré-tratados para reduzir os grupos hidroxila nas suas superfícies, antes da mistura com o dito elastómero de estireno / butadieno funcionalizado.
