Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE DESENGATE PARA UMA EMBREAGEM DE FRIçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de desengate para uma embreagem de fricção de um veículo automotor com um tubo condutor, uma luva corrediça nele axialmente deslocável e um mancal de desengate, coaxialmente disposto na luva corrediça, com um primeiro anel de rolamento, disposto à prova de giro em relação à luva corrediça, com corpos de rolamentos e com um segundo anel de rolamento giratório. No anel de mancal giratório, o dispositivo de desengate possui um elemento acoplador, o qual produz a ligação ativa com as extremidades de ling³eta molar de uma mola de diafragma, atuante como órgão de ativação da embreagem de fricção. A invenção prevê que o elemento acoplador seja configurado com um segmento de encaixe, radialmente deslocável em sentido contrário de uma força de retorno, visando receber as extremidades da ling³eta molar de diafragma, e com um segmento de retenção, disposto na direção do anel de mancal giratório. Desta forma, por ocasião de uma ativação axial do dispositivo de desengate, um deslocamento radial das extremidades da ling³eta molar de diafragma pode, essencialmente, ser acolhido isento de fricção pelo elemento acoplador. (Ver Fig. 2).
