Abstract

"ANEL DE VEDAçãO DO EIXO RADIAL". A presente invenção refere-se a um anel de vedação do eixo radial com um anel de apoio e um elemento de vedação de um material de elastómero unido a ele através de vulcanização, que tem um lábio de vedação, que no anel de vedação não montado está separado do anel de apoio na direção radial, e alojado em uma abertura da carcaça sob tensão prévia envolve o eixo com sua superfície de vedação dobrada em ângulo, sendo que, o lábio de vedação (4) é constituído de um elastómero, e sua superfície de vedação (5) é constituída por um rebordo de vedação (7) que envolve o eixo (6) disposto na extremidade do lábio de vedação (4), e uma seção da superfície (9) adjacente a ele, que retém o líquido de vazamento ou que o transporta de volta, sendo que, com o elemento de vedação (3) montado, a superfície de fecho (10) do lábio de vedação (4) está direcionada para a câmara interna (11) de uma carcaça a ser vedada.
