Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE RECIPIENTES DE PLáSTICO PARA LìQUIDOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fabricação de recipientes de plástico com uma guarnição de retirada para líquidos que é caracterizado pela moldagem a sopro do recipiente (2) com ao menos um segmento de retenção (18) no lado externo (19) do abaulamento (12) da parede dianteira do recipiente (2) para centragem e retenção do recipiente (2) soprado pronto em uma máquina de soldar e de um rebaixo redondo no lado externo (19) do abaulamento (12) com um diâmetro correspondente à largura nominal da guarnição de retirada (10), o recorte do fundo (22) do rebaixo com uma ferramenta de corte nele centrada para formação da abertura de esvaziamento (11) do recipiente (2) bem como a soldagem da guarnição de retirada (10) com um flange de fixação (26) amoldado a sua tubuladura de saída (24) na borda externa (28) da abertura de esvaziamento (11) do recipiente (2).
