Abstract

"CARTUCHO FILTRANTE PARA SISTEMAS DE AR CONDICIONADO PARA VEìCULOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um cartucho filtrante para sistemas de ar condicionado para veículos, que compreende um filtro de partículas (12) portado por uma estrutura de suporte produzida de material plástico (18, 20), e uma tampa (14) provida de pelo menos um anel-O de vedação (38). A tampa (14) compreende um corpo (36) produzido de material plástico moldado por injeção, fixado à estrutura de suporte do filtro (18, 20) por intermédio de um acoplamento de baioneta (50, 68). O corpo da tampa (36) possui pelo menos uma sede anular de seção transversal substancialmente na forma de U para o referido anel-O (38), que compreende uma parede de fundo (44), uma primeira parede radial (48) e uma segunda parede radial (60). Pelo menos uma das referidas paredes radiais (60) é formada sobre o corpo de suporte do filtro (18, 20).
