Abstract

SISTEMA DE CARREGAMENTO PRESSURIZADO PARA ALTO FORNO. Compreende o presente certificado de adição a patente n<0> PI-050 1206-6 depositada em 08/03/2005, a uma visão mais detalhada do sistema e dos aparelhos envolvidos, que não foram previstos no sistema de carregamento para Altos Fornos siderúrgicos ou qualquer forno, que necessite ou no qual se deseje efetuar o carregamento pressurizado, de materiais sólidos que possam ser transportados em transportadores de correia convencionais, em transportadores de correia tubulares ou em transportadores do tipo esteiras, quando a inclinação necessária é maior que a permitida para transportadores de correias convencionais ou tubulares, objeto da referida patente. Representando a adoção de válvulas rotativas (71, 72, 73, 74, 75 e 76), acrescentadas para propiciar uma maior perda de carga no sistema, possibilitando assim um menor consumo de nitrogênio para manter a pressão do alto forno no nível desejado. Sendo utilizado, também o nitrogênio e o GAF em substituição ao ar comprimido e ao nitrogênio, respectivamente, previstos na patente original.
