Abstract

"GAXETA DE PLáSTICO MOLDADA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma gaxeta é fornecida tendo um corpo incluindo pelo menos uma abertura de serviço e uma porção de boleado de vedação integralmente formada. Em uma modalidade, a porção de boleado de vedação inclui um primeiro boleado se estendendo para fora e um primeiro canal cóncavo oposto ao primeiro boleado se estendendo para fora. O primeiro canal cóncavo é definido por um segundo boleado se estendendo para fora e um terceiro boleado se estendendo para fora. Em uma modalidade alternativa, a porção de boleado de vedação inclui um elemento de vedação anular moldado ao corpo, e o elemento de vedação anular é oposto a um boleado de vedação projetando-se para fora. Em uma segunda modalidade alternativa, a porção de boleado de vedação inclui uma câmara interna preenchida com um gás pressurizado. Em uma terceira modalidade alternativa, a porção de boleado de vedação define uma câmara preenchida com um material polimérico.
