Abstract
"MéTODO PARA FABRICAR ELEMENTO DE ENGRENAGEM CÈNICA". Um método para fabricar um elemento de engrenagem cónica compreende as etapas de proporcionar uma peça bruta de engrenagem cónica tendo um cabeçote de engrenagem, formar dentes de engrenagem no cabeçote de engrenagem da peça bruta de engrenagem cónica por meio de simultaneamente cortar a região superior do dente da engrenagem, o perfil lateral do dente da engrenagem e uma região inferior para formar um elemento de engrenagem cónica inacabado usando um processo de fresagem e usinar pelo menos uma superfície selecionada do elemento de engrenagem cónica inacabado usando as regiões superiores dos dentes de engrenagem como uma referência para centralizar o elemento de engrenagem cónica inacabado, dessa forma formando um produto acabado. O método é aplicável para fabricar o elemento de engrenagem cónica tanto com o eixo se estendendo axialmente do cabeçote de engrenagem quanto sem o eixo. Os elementos de engrenagem cónica fabricados com este método exibem excentricidade reduzida e requerem ferramental mais simples e mais barato.
