Abstract
"VOLANTE PARA ABSORçãO DE ENERGIA". A presente invenção refere-se a um volante para absorção de energia, em particular um volante de grande volume para HGVs, com um esqueleto de volante com cubo, os raios e o aro de volante que são providos de um revestimento, as porções de esqueleto dos raios se estendendo do aro de volante até onde o cubo, e a região acima do cubo sendo de desenho de absorção de energia. De acordo com a invenção, existe provisão para o revestimento ter, pelo menos na região acima do cubo (10), pelo menos uma cavidade (11) para assistir a absorção de energia.
