Abstract
"PEçA EM BLOCO PARA RETENçãO DE PEçA DE TRABALHO óPTICA, EM PARTICULAR UMA LENTE OCULAR, PARA TRABALHO à MáQUINA DA MESMA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma peça em bloco (40), para reter uma peça de trabalho óptica, em particular uma lente ocular (L), para trabalho à máquina da mesma, cuja peça em bloco compreende um corpo básico (42), que tem uma face da extremidade (44), contra a qual a peça de trabalho pode ser bloqueada por meio de um material temporariamente deformável (46), e uma face de aperto (48), por meio da qual a peça de trabalho bloqueada no corpo básico (42) pode ser fixada em uma haste (50) de uma máquina de trabalho. De acordo com a invenção, o corpo básico é moldado por injeção de plástico e é dotado na sua face da extremidade com pelo menos dois cortes (52), para receber o material temporariamente deformável, os ditos cortes sendo dispostos em qualquer um dos lados de um plano imaginário, que contém o eixo central (M) do corpo básico, e a face limite (54) dos ditos cortes, que fica mais próxima ao eixo central do corpo básico, forma, em cada caso, um rebaixamento. Por conseguinte, uma peça em bloco de projeto simples e muito efetivo em custo é proporcionada, contra cuja peça em bloco a peça de trabalho pode ser fixada de uma maneira segura por meio do material temporariamente deformável e de tal modo que a peça de trabalho se mantém na peça em bloco, de forma durável sem jogo.
