Abstract

"ELEMENTO FOLHEADO AQUECìVEL PARA VOLANTES DE VEìCULOS AUTOMOTORES E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM ELEMENTO FOLHEADO DESSE TIPO". A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento folheado aquecível para volantes de veículos automotores, com um segmento folheado de cobertura (1) com pelo menos uma camada de madeira e/ou de imitação de madeira e um elemento de aquecimento (2) ligado inseparavelmente com o segmento folheado de cobertura (1) para o aquecimento do segmento folheado de cobertura (1). De acordo com a invenção é previsto que o segmento folheado de cobertura (1) fique ligado diretamente e inseparavelmente com o elemento de aquecimento (2). Isso tem a vantagem de que o caminho a ser percorrido pelo calor de aquecimento gerado por meio do elemento de aquecimento (2) pode ser diminuído e, conseq³entemente, pode-se obter um tempo curto de aquecimento (< 3 min) do aro de volante. O caminho a ser percorrido corresponde, no essencial, à espessura do segmento folheado de cobertura (1), cuja uma ou mais camadas podem ser projetadas bastante finas, isto é, < 1 mm.
