Abstract

NUCLEOBASE CONTENDO GRUPO PERFLUOROAQUILA E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DA MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção simples e eficiente de uma nucleobase contendo um grupo perrluoroalquila. Uma nucleobase (por exemplo, uracilas, citosinas, adeninas,guaninas, hipoxantinas, xantinas, ou similares) é reagida com um haleto de perfluoroalquila na presença de um sulfóxido, um peróxido e um composto de ferro para produzir uma nucleobase substituida por períluoroalquila, que é útil como um intermediário para fármacos medicinais, economicamente.
