Abstract
"COMPóSITOS DE POLITETRAFLUORETILENO". A invenção refere-se a compósitos de politetrafluoretileno e a um material estrutural (polímero, metal, cerâmica, couro, ou madeira) que são ligados com uma mistura curada de terpolímero de tetrafluoretilenohexafluorpropileno-fluoreto de vinilideno, agente de acoplamento de polímero de silicone modificado com poli(óxido de etileno), e copolímero contendo radical de oxigênio (polímero de epóxi, polímero de fenóxi, ou copolímero de derivado de diamina-diepóxido hidroxilado). A superfície ligada da parte de politetrafluoretileno do compósito é causticada (causticação com substâncias químicas, causticação com feixe de elétrons, causticação com laser, ou causticação por plasma) antes da aplicação da mistura não-curada.
