Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUçãO CONTìNUA DE UM PANO NãO-TECIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a produção contínua de um pano não-tecido de filamentos feitos de um sintético termoplástico, com bico de centrifugação, uma câmara de resfriamento, uma unidade de estiramento e um dispositivo de depósito para depositar os filamentos no pano não-tecido. Duas ou mais fusões de polímero diferentes podem ser alimentadas ao bico de centrifugação, e um dispositivo para fundir as fusões de polímero diferentes é fornecido de modo que filamentos de dois componentes e filamentos de múltiplos complementos podem sair das aberturas de bico de centrifugação do bico de centrifugação. A câmara de resfriamento é dividida em pelo menos duas seções de câmara de resfriamento em que os filamentos de dois componentes e os filamentos de múltiplos componentes podem ser respectivamente acionados por ar de processo com dispositivo de condução de calor convectivo diferente.
