Abstract
"PNEUMáTICO COM LATERAL RESISTENTE A FURO". Esta invenção refere-se a um pneumático de borracha tendo uma lateral de borracha resistente a furo. A lateral do pneu é composta de uma camada de borracha lateral externa, visível, configurada em anel e uma camada interna (não visível), de borracha, lateral configurada em anel, integra com uma camada de borracha lateral externa e subjacente a esta, em que tal camada de borracha lateral interna contém uma dispersão de fibras curtas, em que as fibras curtas estão substancialmente alinhadas em relação paralela entre si, e substancialmente paralelas à dita configuração anular da camada de borracha lateral interna. Num outro aspecto da invenção, tal pneumático é composto de uma carcaça contendo uma lona de carcaça de borracha composta de um reforço de cordão encapsulado de borracha de uma série de cordões em que tais cordões estão posicionados numa relação substancialmente paralela radialmente dispostos em afastamento entre si, em que tal lona da carcaça de borracha é íntegra com e subjaz a camada lateral de borracha interna, e em que tais fibras curtas da camada lateral de borracha interna estão alinhadas substancialmente, numa direção perpendicular aos referidos cordões, da lona de carcaça subjacente.
