Abstract
"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE ARTEFATOS EXTRUSADOS OU MOLDADOS POR COMPRESSãO DE ALUMINO-SILICATOS NATURAIS E AGREGADOS EM MEIO ALCALINO COM PEQUENO TEMPO DE CURA E ALTA EFICIêNCIA TéRMICA". A invenção deste processo se baseia na descoberta de que determinados alumino-silicatos in-natura quando misturados com agregados naturais e em meio alcalino úmido sendo submetidos a compressão e posterior adição de calor (com temperaturas finais entre 100 e 450 graus Celsius) se polimerizam apresentando características mecânicas comparáveis à aquelas de uma cerâmica tradicional (queimas entre 800 e 1400 graus Celsius), sem a necessidade de pré-ativação físico-química dos reagentes como no caso da geopolimerização. A invenção deste processo também se baseia na potencialização das características mecânicas desejáveis ao produto pela exposição, do corpo resfriado após queima, à água, por um período de até 10 dias, num processo de pós cura em que o excedente alcalino não reagido é eliminado.
