Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE RECIPIENTES PLáSTICOS PARA LìQUIDOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de recipientes plásticos com uma armação de retirada para líquidos, no qual o recipiente (2) é produzido por moldagem a sopro de uma peça bruta de formato tubular, sendo que um flange retentor (19) ou uma luva rosqueada (20) é perfilada no recipiente (2). Após recortar a abertura de esvaziamento (11) do recipiente (2) da parede do recipiente dentro do flange retentor (19), ou seja, da luva rosqueada, a armação de retirada (10) já pré-montada será soldada por meio de uma máquina de soldagem com a luva de admissão (23) no flange retentor (19), ou seja, na luva rosqueada do recipiente (2), quando o recipiente é mantido em posição centrada e fixa pelo flange retentor (19) ou pela luva rosqueada, sendo assim mantido dentro da máquina de soldagem.
