Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA OBTENçãO DE GRáNULO DE URéIA COM LIBERAçãO GRADATIVA (L.G.U.) NO SOLO E PRODUTO RESULTANTE. Atuando na lixiviação e volatização, aumentando o aproveitamento do elemento Uréia nas culturas agrícolas, compreendendo um conjunto de procedimentos para criar uma proteção pelicular sobre o grânulo de uréia (A), o qual é recoberto por camadas de polímeros (B), estes por sua definidos como LGUL01, LGUS02, LGUS03 e LGUL04, sendo que para tal se faz a aplicação individual de cada um dos polímeros citados, onde as operações de nebulização são acumulativas, ou seja cada nova nebulização de polímero sobrepõem-se à condição anterior de recobrimento, até que se chegue ao produto granulo de Uréia (A) desejado, o qual representa na prática, uma redução de 50% da quantidade de Uréia aplicado no solo, reduzindo inclusive sensivelmente as perdas volatilização ou lixiviação.
