Abstract
preparação de compostos entre as ciclodextrinas e seus derivados e compostos de bismuto e seus derivados, composições farmacêuticas e produtos dessas composições e uso como agentes antibacterianos. a presente invenção caracteriza-se pela preparação de compostos entre ciclodextrinas e seus derivados e compostos de bismuto e seus derivados, composições farmacêuticas e produtos dessas composições e uso como agentes antibacterianos. uma outra característica dos compostos aqui reivindicados, quando testados em culturas de bactérias gram negativas é a redução da concentração inibitória mínima (mic) de 64 (mi)g/ml para citrato de bismuto, para 32 (mi)g/ml para os compostos entre o citrato de bismuto/(alfa)-ciclodextrina e citrato de bismuto/(beta)-ciclodextrina mostrando um aumento de eficácia e da biodisponibilidade dos compostos nos sistemas biológicos. quando testados os compostos em culturas de bactérias gram positivos permitiram a diminuição da concentração inibitória mínima (mic) de 32 (mi)g/ml para o citrato de bismuto a 16 (mi)g/ml, quando usados os compostos entre citrato de bismuto e a hidroxi-propil-(beta)-ciclodextrina. outra característica é a especificidade dos compostos entre citrato de bismuto e hidroxipropil-(beta)-ciclodextrina contra bactérias gram positivas e especificidade dos compostos entre citrato de bismuto e (alfa)-ciclodextrina e citrato de bismuto e (beta)-ciclodextrina contra bactérias gram negativas. caracteriza-se também pelo uso no tratamento de infecções contra doenças periodontal, úlceras, grastrites, infecções dérmicas, infeccções oculares, doenças gastrointestinais, halitoses, placa dentária e infecções de ouvido e outras infecções bacterianas.
