Abstract

"MáQUINA DE BEBIDA PARA PREPARAR UMA BEBIDA QUENTE POR INFUSãO E EXTRAçãO DE UMA SUBSTáNCIA RECEBIDA EM UM CARTUCHO". A invenção refere-se a uma máquina de bebida para preparar uma bebida quente por infusão e extração de uma substância recebida em um cartucho que está provida com uma câmara de infusão que compreende uma porção de câmara de infusão inferior e um elemento de fechamento. A porção inferior da câmara de infusão serve para receber positivamente o cartucho. Tanto na porção de câmara de infusão inferior quanto no elemento de fechamento, elementos de perfuração estão providos para perfurar o cartucho em lados opostos dos mesmos. Quando do fechamento da câmara de infusão, a sua porção inferior da mesma, juntamente com o cartucho recebido na mesma, é axialmente movida em relação ao membro de fechamento a uma tal extensão que a cobertura do cartucho é perfurada por meio de um membro de perfuração. O fundo do cartucho é perfurado pelo outro membro de perfuração somente a uma tal extensão que a ponta do membro de perfuração penetra no fundo do cartucho sem que um canal de saída de bebida provido no outro elemento de perfuração seja conectado com o interior do cartucho.
