Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE UM ARTIGO MOLDADO REVESTIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de preparação de um artigo moldado revestido (59) por meio de revestimento em molde. O processo envolve o uso de um aparelho de molde (1) que inclui um núcleo rotatório (29) tendo pelo menos uma superfície de moldagem (32, 35), um primeiro cossinete (11) e um segundo cossinete (17) cada um tendo uma superfície interna (14,20) e cada um dos quais é reversivelmente capaz de ser encaixado com o núcleo rotatório. O segundo cossinete (17) tem uma porção reversivelmente deslizável (23) tendo uma superfície interna (26) que define substancialmente a superfície interna (20) do segundo cossinete (17). A superfície interna (14) do primeiro cossinete (11) e uma superfície de moldagem (32) do núcleo rotatório juntas definem uma primeira cavidade de molde (38) na qual um artigo plástico moldado (44) é formado. O aparelho de molde é aberto, o núcleo (29) é girado para alinhar o artigo plástico moldado (44) com a superfície interna (20) do segundo cossinete (17). O segundo cossinete (17) é encaixado com o núcleo giratório (29) e uma segunda cavidade de molde intermediária (53) é formada, na qual uma composição de revestimento (56) é introduzida. A porção reversivelmente deslizável (23) do segundo cossinete (17) é movida na direção do núcleo giratório (29), assim reduzindo o volume da segunda cavidade de molde intermediária (53) e fazendo com que a composição de revestimento (56) ali introduzida espalhe-se sobre a primeira superfície (50) do artigo plástico moldado (44). O aparelho de molde (1) é aberto e um artigo moldado revestido (59) é removido do núcleo rotatório (29). A presente invenção também refere-se a um aparelho de molde (1).
