Abstract
"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA VENTILAR UM MOLDE". São providos um método e um equipamento para ventilar um molde para vulcanização de um pneu. O molde compreende uma pluralidade de segmentos de banda de rodagem para formar a banda de rodagem em um pneu não curado, em que cada um dos segmentos de banda de rodagem compreende também uma placa de cavidade externa possuindo uma superfície interna e uma superfície externa, a placa de cavidade possuindo uma pluralidade de canais. Cada um dos canais possui um orifício de ventilação que se estende do canal até a superfície externa da placa de cavidade externa, e uma aleta montada sobre o canal. A superfície contígua à aleta se acoplando com a superfície interna da placa de cavidade, em que uma das superfícies de acoplamento possui uma superfície que foi tornada áspera formando uma passagem de ventilação com a superfície interna da placa de cavidade para ventilar ou deixar escapar gases de moldagem provenientes do interior do molde para o exterior do molde. A invenção pode também incluir uma lâmina e passagem de lâmina em que a superfície externa da lâmina possui uma superfície externa áspera para formar uma passagem de ventilação com a passagem de lâmina.
