Abstract

REMOVEDOR DE OXIGêNIO INTELIGENTE COM INDICAçãO DE NìVEL DE OXIGêNIO, compreende um removedor de oxigênio (1) e um saco de acondicionamento (2), em que o primeiro é contido no interior do segundo, como também o segundo é equipado com um marcador para a substância de troca de cor do indicador do nível de oxigênio e uma janela de observação (4) é disposta em uma posição que corresponde ao indicador do nível de oxigênio. O marcador para o indicador do nível de oxigênio pode ser uma camada indicadora do nível de oxigÞnio ou uma linha indicadora do nível de oxigênio, etc. O saco de acondicionamento externa (7) em ambas das quais são dispostos poros de ventilação (61, 71)arranjados de maneira alternada. A janela de observação (4) é transparente em uma forma de linhas contínuas, linhas pontilhadas, de formato redondo ou parecida com uma tira. A película de acondicionamento interna (6) e a película de acondicionamento externa (7) são feitas de CPP de PE contendo poros de ventilação, películas complexas de PET/CPP ou PET/PE contendo poros de ventilação. O objetivo da presente invenção consiste na obtenção de um removedor de oxigênio com a indicação do nível de oxigênio que fará com que uma manufatura ou um usuário identifique visualmente rapidamente os efeitos da manuntenção do frescor e a remoção de oxigênio do removedor de oxigênio diretamente. Adicionalmente, o usuário pode identificar visualmente rapidamente o nível de oxigênio diretamente depois que o removedor de oxigênio é utilizado, e ao mesmo tempo tal removedor inteligente de oxigênio com indicação do nível do oxigênio é fácil de produzir com custos baixos de produção. Adicionalmente, o removedor de oxigênio inteligente com indicação do nível do oxigênio de acordo com a presente invenção pode impedir que o removedor de oxigênio escape do saco de acondicionamento com um excelente efeito da remoção de oxigênio e um processo de fabricação simples.
