Abstract

"MáQUINA DE PRENSAR TABLETE". Uma prensa de tablete (1) do tipo com uma torre rotativa (3) para a produção de tabletes, compreende um funil (2) contendo produto farmacêutico em forma de pó ou granular a ser comprimido; um disco rotativo (4) equipado com matrizes (5) designadas para conterem quantidades definidas do produto farmacêutico alimentado para elas pelo funil (2); punções rotativas (8, 9) para compressão do produto em pó, e constituindo uma pluralidade de estações de operação de compressão (10); pelo menos um conjunto (A) de estações de operação (10a) tendo uma estrutura modificada para inibir operação, cada estação de estrutura modificada (10a) compreendendo meios de barreira (11) designados para serem assentados nas matrizes (5) de tal modo a impedir a passagem do produto a partir do funil (2) para a as matrizes (5), e meios elásticos opostos (12) designados para serem acoplados a e agirem em conjunto com as punções alternativas (8, 9), e com os meios de barreira (11), de modo a simular a presença do produto em pó.
