Abstract

"COMPOSTOS DE SILINANO COMO INIBIDORES DE CISTEìNA PROTEASE". A presente invenção refere-se aos compostos que são inibidores de cisteína proteases, em particular, catepsinas B, K, L, F e S e são portanto úteis no tratamento de doenças mediadas por estas proteases. A presente invenção é da mesma forma direcionada às composições farmacêuticas compreendendo estes compostos e processos para prepará-las. A presente invenção é da mesma forma direcionada ao uso destes inibidores em combinação com uma terapia que causa uma resposta imune prejudicial em pacientes que recebem a terapia.
