Abstract
TABLETES COM MELHOR RESISTêNCIA à RUPTURA A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fabricação de um tablete detergente, compreendendo as etapas de: (a) selecionar um aglutinante a partir de: sorbitol, xilitol, eritritol, alcoxilatos de fenol C~ 10 -C~ 18 ~ com 20 a 80 equivalentes de alcoxilação, alcoxilatos de álcool C~ 12 -C~ 24 ~ com 50 a 200 equivalente fr alcoxilatos de óleo de rícino contendo de 50 a 100 equivalentes de alcoxilação, mono di e/ou triésteres de glicerina contendo ácidos graxos C~ 12 - C~ 25~, ácidos graxos de C~ 10 a C~ 25~ e misturas dos mesmos ; (b) aquecer o aglutinante até acima de seu ponto de fusão para formar um aglutinante fundido a um pó base compreendendo uma pré-mistura de componentes detergentes, para formar uma composição detergente; e (d) formar tabletes com a composição detergente. A presente invenção refere-se, também, a uma composição em tabletes obitida mediante esse processo e ao uso desse aglutinante, em sua forma fundida, para melhorar a resistência à ruptura de um tablete detergente.
