Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE 1-SUBSTITUìDOS-3-AMINOáLCOOIS ENANTIOMERICAMENTE PUROS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de 1-substituídos-3-aminoálcoois enantiomericamente puros, particularmente de (S)-(-)- e (R)-(+)-3-N-metilamino-1-(2-tienil)-1-propanol, hidrogenando assimetricamente sais de um ácido carboxílico com uma aminocetona de fórmula (II), em que R¬ 1¬ é selecionado entre o grupo consistindo em 2-tienila, 2-furanila e fenila, cada uma opcionalmente substituída com um ou mais átomos de halogênio e/ou um ou mais grupos <sym>-alcóxi, em que R¬ 2¬ é <sym>-alquila ou fenila, cada uma opcionalmente substituída com um ou mais átomos de halogênio e/ou um ou mais grupos <sym>-alquila ou <sym>-alcóxi, e em que os aminoálcoois correspondentes são obtidos por hidrólise subseqüente de seus sais. A invenção refere-se além disso a sais de um ácido carboxílico com as referidas aminocetonas e os aminoálcoois obtidos hidrogenando assimetricamente as referidas aminocetonas, respectivamente.
