Abstract
MéTODO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE AUTOCLAVE DE LIXIVIAçãO DE PRESSãO EXOTéRMICA A eficiência de um processo de autoclave de lixiviação exotérmica é aumentada pelo aumento do tempo de retenção da fração sólida na pasta fluída sobre o da fração líquida. Isto é alcançado pela inundação dos conteúdos do primeiro compartimento da autoclave oxidativa a uma vasilha de inundação, com o subtransbordamento de lá passando a um espessante e o subtransbordamento do espessante sendo alimentado ao tanque de alimentação da autoclave ou qualquer tanque contracorrente ao tanque de alimentação. O calor exotérmico gerado no primeiro compartimento da autoclave é abstraído no processo de inundação. Adicionalmente, porções do transbordamento do espessante são retornados ao tanque de alimentação e alimentados ao tanque de descarga da autoclave.
