Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR 3-PENTENO-NITRILA Ainvenção refere-se a um processo para produzir 3- penteno-nitrila, caracterizado pelas seguintes etapas:(a) isomerização de uma corrente de eduto contendo 2-metil-3-buteno-nitrila sobre pelo menos um catalisador de isomerização dissolvido ou dissolvido para formar uma corrente (1), que contém o(s) catalisdor(es) de isomerização, 2-metil-3-buteno-nitrila,3- penteno-nitrila e (Z)-2-metil-2-buteno-nitrila;(b) destilação da corrente (1)pra obter uma corrente (2) como produto de topo, que contém 2-metil-3-buteno-nitrila, 3-penteno-nitrila e (Z) -2-metil-2-buteno-nitrila e uma corrente (3) como o produto de fundo, que contém o(s) catalisador(es) de isomerização; (c) destilação da corrente (2) para obter uma corrente (4) como o produto de topo, que está enriquecido com (Z)-2-metil-2-buteno-nitrila em comparação com a corrente (2), (em relação com a soma de todas as penteno-nitrilas na corrente (2)) e uma corrente (5) como o produto de fundo, que está enríquecida com 3-penteno-nitrila e 2-metil-3-buteno-nitrila em compraração com a corrente (2), (em relação à soma de todas as penteno-nitrilas na corrente (2)); (d)destilação de corrente (5) para obter uma corrente (6) como o produto de fundo, que contém 3-penteno-nitrila e uma corrente (7) como o produto de topo, que contém 2-metil-3buteno-nitrila.
