Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR ADIPODINITRILA POR HIDROCIANAçãO DE 1,3-BUTADIENO EM UM CATALISADOR é descrito um método para a produção de adipodinitrila por hidrocianação de 1,3-butadieno em um catalisador, no qual em uma primeira etapa 1,3-Butadieno é hidrocianado para formar 3-Penteno-nitrila sobre pelo menos um catalisador de níquel (0) e, em uma segunda etapa, 3-Penteno-nitrila é hidrocianada para formar adipodinitrila sobre pelo menos um catalisador de níquel pela adição de pelo menos um ácido de Lewis. Pelo menos um dos pelo menos um catalisador de níquel (0) usados nas etapas respectivas do método da invenção é convertido na outra etapa.
