Abstract
DERIVADO DE PIRIDINA E DERIVADO DE PIRIMIDINA (1). A presente invenção refere-se a um composto representado pela seguinte fórmula, um sal do mesmo ou um hidrato dos precedentes tem uma excelente atividade inibitória de receptor do fator de crescimento de hepatócito (HGFR) e exibe atividade antitumor, atividade inibitória angiogênese e atividade inibitória de metástase cancerígena. ¢R¹ representa C~ 1~-~ 6~ alquila ou similares; R² e R³ representam hidrogênio; R¬ 4¬, R~ 5~, R~ 6~ e R~ 7~ podem ser os mesmos ou diferentes e cada um representa hidrogênio, halogênio, C~ 1~-~ 6~ alquila ou similares; R¬ 8¬ representa hidrogênio ou similares; R¬ 9¬ representa C~ 1~-~ 6~ alquila ou similares; V¹ representa oxigênio ou similares; V² representa oxigênio ou enxofre; W representa -NH- ou similares; X representa -CH=, nitrogênio ou similares; e Y representa oxigênio ou similares.
