COMPOSTO, FORMULAçãO FARMACêUTICA, USO DE UM COMPOSTO, MéTODO DE TRATAMENTO DE UMA CONDIçãO, E, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM COMPOSTO. é provido um composto de Fórmula I em que a linha tracejada, R¬ 1¬, R¬ 2¬, R¬ 3a¬, R¬ 3b¬, A, D, E, G e L têm os siginificados dados na descrição, compostos estes úteis como, ou são úteis como pró-drogas de, inibidores competitivos das proteases semelhantes à tripsina, tais como trombina e, assim, em particular, no tratamento de condições em que a inibição da trombina é benéfica (p.ex., condições tais como trobo-embolismos, onde a inibição da trombina é necessária ou desejada e/ou condições em que a terapia anticoagulante é indicada).
