Abstract
SECADOR DE AR DE CARTUCHO DUPLO COM SEPARADOR DE óLEO E VáLVULAS PRONTAMENTE TROCáVEIS . A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de secador de ar incluindo duas unidades de secador de ar do tipo de tambor filtrante substancialmente idênticas. Cada uma inclui, em um modo, uma primeira entrada de ar úmido, um primeiro dessecante para a secagem de ar, uma primeira saída de ar seco, e um primeiro meio para suprimento de ar seco para uma instalação de armazenamento. O sistema também inclui, no mesmo modo, uma primeira válvula de sangria suprindo uma pequena quantidade do referido ar seco para a regeneração de um segundo dessecante, e uma primeira vávula de purga de ar úmido para descarte da umidade coletada durante uma regeneração. O sistema também é operável em um modo oposto e tendo uma segunda entrada de ar úmido, um segundo dessecante, uma segunda saída de ar seco e um segundo meio para suprimento de ar para uma instalação de armazenamento. Uma segunda válvula de sangria supre uma pequena quantidade de ar seco para a regeneração do primeiro dessecante, e purga ar através de uma segunda válvula de ar úmido.
