Abstract

PARAFUSO FORMADOR DE ROSCA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma parafuso (1) com uma haste de rosca (2) com uma aplicação de força (4) para transmissão de torque e uma ponta de parafuso (6). A haste de rosca consiste em um núcleo de haste e uma rosca autoformadora de rosca (2) e a rosca (12) é formada como elevação limitada por dois flancos (15, 16) terminado em uma aresta de rosca (14) exterior, se estendendo em forma de linha helicoidal pelo núcleo da haste (10), com uma altura (H) radial, sendo que ao menos em uma região parcial da rosca (12) a aresta de rosca (14) exterior se estende em direção radial com ma determinada amplitude (U) em forma de onda entre cumes de onda (20) com a altura (H) de rosca e vales de onda (22) com uma altura (h) reduzida da amplitude (U). A rosca (12) apresenta ao menos na região de um de seus flancos (15/16) na região dos vales de onda (22) recortes (24) interrompendo a superfície do flanco (15/16), cuja limitação exterior é a aresta de rosca (14), sendo que a rosca (12) nas regiões dos cumes de onda (20) da aresta de rosca (14) não interrompidas por recortes (24) apresenta respectivamente um determinado primeiro ângulo de ponta (<244>)formado entre os flancos (15/16) e nas regiões mais profundas dos vales de onda (22) da aresta de rosca (14) um segundo ângulo de ponta (<sym>) . O primeiro ângulo de ponta (<244>) entre os flancos (15/16) se situa aproximadamente na faixa de 30<198> a 35<198>, sendo que o segundo ângulo de ponta (sym) importa em 30<198> até no máximo 58<198>.
