Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A INSERçãO DE UNIDADES DE MáQUINA EM UMA LINHA DE PRODUçãO A invenção se refere a um processo para montagem e/ou colocação em operação de unidades de máquina em instalações, tais como leitos de máquina (1) e/ou cadeiras de laminação (2), p. ex., em uma linha de produção existente de uma usina de laminação a quente. A fim de minimizar especialmente os tempos de parada durante a montagem, o leito de máquina (1) é pré-fabricado e as unidades de máquina necessárias ou cooperativas são pré-fabricadas e pré-montadas ou montadas em local próximo à linha de produção (3), após o que as ditas unidades de máquinas são inseridas na linha de produção (3) como uma unidade estrutural completa, incluindo o bloco de leito (1) e membros motrizes alocados, elementos de controle, elementos de fixação ou similares, tubos e cabos necessários à operação, e partes de equipamento adicionais.
