Abstract

ELEMENTO ABSORVENTE PARA ARTIGOS ABSORVENTES COMPREENDENDO POLìMEROS DILATáVEIS DE ALTA PERMEABILIDADE QUE SãO CAPAZES DE FORMAR HIDROGéIS Apresente invenção refere-se a elementos absorventes em núcleos absorventes para artigos absorventes, os quais se destinam a receber e reter descargas corpóreas, como urina. Esses artigos são artigos de higiene descartáveis, como fraldas para bebê, "training pants" (roupa íntima infantil com um forro grosso especial entre as pernas usada na fase de treinamento de uso do vaso sanitário), artigos para incontinência em adultos, artigos de higiene feminina e similares. O aprimoramento baseia-se, essencialmente, no reconhecimento de que a substituição de todo ou quase todo o acolchoamento em material absorvente fibroso, existente no interiopr de um núcleo absorvente, por um material destinado ao armazenamento de líquidos e capaz de reter líquidos ao mesmo tempo em que mantém ou melhora seu comportamento de captura é desejável, já que a redução em acolchoamento é mais do que compensada pelo ganho em conforto. O núcleo absorvente do elemento absorvente compreende um polímero dilatável formador de hidrogel compreendendo, em combinação, ao menos um polímero hidrofílico com estrutura dendrítica e ao menos em fosfato insolúvel e água.
