Abstract

COMPOSIçãO AQUOSA, MéTODO DE TRATAMENTO, E, LATA PULVERIZADORA A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição compreendendo (i) um composto fluoroquímico e (ii) um derivado de éster de um ácido alfa hidróxi, dito derivado de éster tendo um ponto de fusão de não mais do que 35 °C e uma solubilidade em água de não mais do que 10 % em peso a 25 °C. O composto fluoroquímico é tipicamente disperso ou emulsificado na composição aquosa. As composições aquosas podem fornecer tais vantagens como fornecer boas propriedades de repelência em óleo e/ou água a um substrato durante aplicação em condições ambientes, sem a necessidade para um tratamento térmico. Assim, as composições aquosas podem ser usadas para fornecer propriedades de repetência em óleo e/ou água a um substrato tais como por exemplo, um substrato fibroso, por exemplo, couro ou têxtil. Em particular, propriedades de repelência comparáveis àquelas alcançadas com uma etapa de tratamento térmico podem ser alcançadas.
