CARTUCHO PARA EXTRAIR UMA BEBIDA DE UMA SUBSTáNCIA PARTICULADA CONTIDA NO MESMO POR MEIO DE áGUA SOB PRESSãO, E, CONJUNTO DE EXTRAçãO PARA SER MONTADO EM MáQUINAS DE EXTRAçãO DE BEBIDAS. é descrito um cartucho (1) para extrair urna bebida de uma substância particulada (4) contida nele por meio de água sob pressão, o cartucho compreendendo: um corpo principal que compreende uma parte de copo (2) e uma parte de tampa (3), a parte do copo (2) compreendendo uma base (7), uma parede lateral (8) e um aro (9a) oposto à base (7), a parte da tampa (3) sendo anexada fixamente no aro (9a) da parte do copo de maneira a definir um volume interno do cartucho, o volume interno do cartucho alojando a substância particulada (4) compreendida dentro do meio de filtro (5a, 5b) para reter a substância particulada (4) e para percolar substâncias fluidas através dele, a parte da tampa (3) compreendendo um orifício da tampa (6b) que define uma primeira passagem para substâncias fluidas de percolação, a base (7) da parte do copo (2) compreendendo um orifício do copo (6a) que define uma segunda passagem para substâncias fluidas de percolação, caracterizado em que a base compreende uma pluralidade de cristas (101a) formada diretamente nele e se salientando em direção ao volume interno do cartucho (1), de maneira a suportar o meio de filtro (5a) e a substância particulada (4) e definir uma canalização fina entre o meio de filtro (5a) e o orifício do copo (6a).
