Abstract
MéTODO PARA A INTENSIFICAçãO DA PRODUçãO DE óLEO DE ALTA VISCOSIDADE E EQUIPAMENTO PARA SUA IMPLEMENTAçãO. A invenção se aplica a indústria da produção de óleo e é destinada para a intensificação de processos aumentando o rendimento dos poços de óleo com extração por meios convencionais durante a produção de óleos de alta viscosidade. Ambos objetivos de dita invenção têm como resultado técnico um aumento na permeabilidade de um reservatório e uma redução na viscosidade do óleo, juntamente com um aumento na preservação do ambiente, pois evita o uso de reagentes químicos e geradores de vapor. O primeiro objetivo de dita invenção aplica um campo ultra-sónico de alta força na zona do fundo do poço (10) que reduz a viscosidade do óleo, também aquecendo dita zona, O segundo objetivo de dita invenção compreende um gerador ultra-sónico de superfície e pelo menos um transdutorultra-sónico magnetoestritivo colocados na extremidade da tubulação de poço de óleo, usando correntes de alta freqüência que aquecem dita tubulação mantendo a viscosidade do óleo durante seu transporte para a superfície.
