Abstract
La invención se aplica a la industria productora de crudo, y pretende intensificar sus procesos, aumentando el rendimiento de los pozos petroleros desarrollados con los métodos convencionales, durante la producción de crudos de alta viscosidad. Ambos objetivos de la mencionada invención tienen, como resultado técnico, un aumento en la permeabilidad de un ayacimiento y una reducción de la viscosidad del crudo, aunados a un aumento en la seguridad ambiental porque se evita el uso de reactivos químicos y generadores de vapor.El primer objetivo de la mencionada invención aplica un campo ultrasónico de gran potencia en la zona del fondo del pozo, que reduce la viscosidad del crudo y también calienta esa zona.El segundo objetivo de la mencionada invención comprende un generador ultrasónico superficial y al menos un radiador magnetoestrictivo ultrasónico, colocado en el extremo inferior de la tubería del pozo petrolero, y el uso de corrientes de alta frecuencia que calientan esta tubería y conservan la viscosidad del crudo durante su transporte hasta la superficie.
