"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO, E, MéTODOS DE INIBIR HISTONA DESACETILASE EM UMA CéLULA, E DE TRATAR UMA CONDIçãO OU DOENçA PROLIFERATIVA CELULAR EM UM ANIMAL". A presente invenção diz respeito a uma série de compostos úteis para inibir a atividade enzimática de histona desacetilase (HDAC). A invenção também fornece um método para inibir a histona desacetilase em uma célula usando-se os ditos compostos, bem como um método para o tratamento de doenças e condições proliferativas celulares usando-se os ditos inibidores de HDAC. Além disso, a invenção fornece composições farmacêuticas que compreendem os compostos de inibição de HDAC e um carreador farmaceuticamente aceitável.
