Abstract

DERIVADOS DE 4-AMINO-5-CIANOPIRIMIDINA A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de 4-amino-5- cianopirimidinas da fórmula: onde R¬ 1¬, R¬ 2¬ e R¬ 3¬ são definidos aqui, ou sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis destes, tendo uma atividade agonística do receptor de adenosina A2a segura e potente; e também fornece um agonista do receptor de adenosina A2a, um agente de redução de pressão intraocular, ou um medicamento para tratamento de glaucoma, etc., que compreende o composto como um ingrediente ativo.
