Abstract
COMPLEXO COMPREENDENDO PIROXICAM, UMA CICLODEXTRINA E A ARGININA, PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE UM COMPLEXO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE UM COMPOSTO DE INCLUSãO SOLUVEL, E COMPOSTO DE INCLUSãO SOLúVEL A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de preparação de um composto de inclusão solúvel compreendendo uma ou várias substâncias ativas pouco solúveis em um meio aquoso, incluídas em uma ou várias moléculas hospedeiras, caracterizado em que ele compreende as etapas sucessivas seguintes: (a) colocação em contato de uma ou várias substâncias ativas com uma ou várias moléculas hospedeiras, (b) realização de uma etapa de difusão molecular por colocação em contato, em modo estático, de um fluido denso sob pressão com a mistura obtida na etapa (a) em presença de um ou vários agentes de difusão, (e) recuperação do complexo molecular substância ativa - molécula hospedeira assim formado, (d) realização de uma etapa que consiste em acrescentar e misturar um agente de interação com o complexo ao complexo molecular substância ativa - moléculas hospedeiras, (e) recuperação do composto de inclusão solúvel assim formado. Ela refere-se igualmente ao composto de inclusão solúvel susceptível de ser obtido por este processo, particularmente um complexo piroxicam- ciclodextrina- arginina.
