Abstract

MéTODO PARA A ENCAPSULAçãO DE MATERIAIS ORALMENTE INGERIDOS PARA ALTERAR O SìTIO DE DIGESTãO, SìTIO DE AçãO OU A ESTABILIDADE. A presente invenção refere-se a materiais comestíveis encapsulados por uma composição de formação de película incluindo uma fonte de proteína de planta e métodos de formação da mesma são fornecidos. A composição de formação de película afeta o local de digestão do material comestível dentro do trato digestivo de um animal ou um ser humano, desse modo permitindo o material ser mais eficazmente utilizado pelo corpo. Da mesma forma, as composições de formação de película podem ser usadas para intensificar a estabilidade do material encapsulado e impedir a interação indesejada com outros componentes de uma mistura.
